Hurricane Claims & Litigation
Hurricanes can be unpredictable and their damage can leave a homeowner scrambling for answers on how to quickly repair their home. Many of our clients come to us shortly after reporting the claim to their insurance company.
Low-Ball Offer or Denial
Homeowners insurance companies can attempt to underpay or even outright deny valid claims. After reporting your claim to the insurer, speak with our attorney about your windstorm claim to ensure you get the maximum recovery available under the policy.
Most importantly, there are never any fees or costs to you unless we are able to secure a settlement for you. Don’t file your claim alone allow an experienced attorney at Cappello Legal, P.A. assist you.
At Cappello Legal, we will strive to always give the client access to their attorney, even on nights and weekends. In fact, you will be provided with a direct number for any concerns that may arise through a client’s most desperate hour. With office hours on Saturdays while other attorneys wouldn’t dream of giving up their weekends.
While injuries can cause severe strain on a person and their family, Cappello Legal will fight the insurance company so that you can focus on getting better. This is different from many of the law firms that have celebrity attorneys who never even meet the person they represent.
Cappello Legal cares, and we will prove it to you.
